Winter with my Cricut.  I love snowmen and snowflakes.  Perfect combination.  I might move the jewels around a little.  In this picture, you can't see a couple of them.

Midweek throw down

Christmas still may be months away but not for Operation Write Home.  Typically we have to have cards in about two months before a holiday.

Fall

It's 91 degrees and muggy here today.  I really hate the heat.  I've turned the AC down and am working on cards for fall and winter for OWH.

I got some great digi's from Doodle Pantry, they are so cute.  I used OWH's Sketch 155.

Yellow or orange

I love this little birdie from Doodle pantry.  A few fun sentiments and they are ready to go.  I think I like the "Happy Fall Ya'll"  the best.

Didn't like this card at first but now I'm starting to.  The picture doesn't do it justice though.  The background is more of yellow than green.  

Christmas stamp set, need to give away.

Anyone want this set of stamps?  I ended up with two and opened both of them.  First one to reply.

OWH Sketch 179

I love making Fall cards.  Falling leaves, caramel apples.....gets me in the mood to cuddle up in front of the fire or to walk outside on the fallen leaves.

It's Christmas

Gotta get those Christmas cards ready to ship to OWH.  I used the 6 x 6 paper pad tutorial on this.  Cut the Christmas trees with my cricut.  Crafty weekend.

MWT by Operation Write Home was CAS.  Clean and simple is harder than one would think.  I just want to keep adding bling.

Can't decide which one I like better

So the last two days I've had my cricuit out making cupcakes.  I used a sketch from OWH  and papers from a 6x6 paper pad.  I used different pp on each card but the same sketch.  But I can't decide which I like better.  

Cupcake love

This card took a while for me to put together today.  I couldn't come up with cardstock colors to go with the pp.  It was just missing something.  I added the twine and that did it.  It broke up the blue and tied it all together.

Something to celebrate

Got my Cricut out and made this cute cupcake.  The papers are from Hootenanny by My Mind's Eye.  I used OWH sketch 178, http://operationwritehome.org/sketch-challenge-178/.

My baby girl graduated high school tonight.  I didn't cry, too much.  I had her kindergarten graduation picture and her senior pictures out tonight and I've realized what a wonderful young lady she grown into.

Water challenge

OWH midweek throwdown, water.  I used sketch 171.  The sailboat is a digital image I got from clipartcorner. 

Patriotic cards

Made using a 6 x 6 paper pad, just a few sheets obviously.  I like using the pads better than single sheets since they match each other.  Of course, I know I'll still be buying pp.  I have an obsession.

Truck

Midweek Throwdown from OWH.  I found this cute truck last night and printed it in color.  I used a sketch from OWH and added some brads and twine.  Boy cards are hard to get.  It has a "Happy Birthday" stamp inside.
